1. You'll need Resource.cfg
2. Extract it
3. It will be a folder name "Mods"
4. Place it at \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
5. If you have a file with *.Package, Place it at \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Package
6. Done
Versi Bahasa
1. Kamu butuh Resource.cfg
2. Ekstrak file tersebut
3. Isinya adalah folder dengan nama "Mods"
4. Letakkan Folder tersebut di \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
5. Jika kamu mempunyai file dengan ekstensi *.Pakcage, letakkan file tersebut di \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Package
6. Selesai
